Nothing makes us happier than carrying out the vision of previous website owners. We understand your site is your own creation and feels like a part of you. That's why we take pride in listening to web owners and their goals and visions for their own websites. If we can make previous owners proud, we know we are doing a good job! We like to make the process as pain free as possible.

Website Acquisition
We are actively seeking to acquire websites. Education, word games, reference sites, and online tools are primarily what we look for.
Code Quality
In House Development
Our talented engineers can work with many different types of code and move fast to integrate technologies.
We will try to move quickly, but the short answer is that it depends on your site and response time. Typically we like to complete acquisitions in about two weeks time. A website with a small number of pages and an owner with quick responses can result in a very short time-frame. The good news is that most of the work is on our end.
We are more interested in quality than the size of the deal. With that being said, we are looking at acquisitions where the purchase price is anywhere from $5,000 to $500,000.
After both parties sign a simple, brief, and easy-to-read contract, we will send money to an escrow account (typically escrow.com). After the funds have been verified, we will ask for transfer of domain name and website files/hosting – and we will quickly (same hour) release the funds from escrow once these are received.
Yes! We are open to profit shares, earnout packages and other deals that are structured to help both parties. This is particularly useful if a site is about to grow rapidly. This is what Step 3 is all about.
Hopefully not! We understand your site is like your baby! However, if you just don’t have the time or resources to work on it, why not pass it on and give it a chance to grow? We are on your side.
